2. I used Leonardo's Image2Motion to animate because it does a great job separating layers to maintain the 3D effect. You can animate images generated with Leonardo or choose any image from your feed and replace it with an uploaded image:

3. CapCut has several free and Pro transitions, effects, and animations to give you more freedom to be creative with your results. I used CapCut's web app for this video:
