I'm writing about how managing projects is changing across the industry: and what fast-growth startups and big tech do differently from "traditional" companies. I'd appreciate your help in sharing how *your* team/company runs eng/tech projects: t.co/OoioLP3xRK
Context on why I'm writing about this: I'm observing how e.g. Scrum has long disappeared (or never made it?) to most of big tech & fast-growth/product-first startups. I might be wrong: thus I'd appreciate all input. t.co/NnVerDTGhb
Some interesting responses already: “Officially every team uses scrum (the company is big on conformity), but it doesn’t work for us so my team just does our own thing and makes it look like enough like scrum from the outside that nobody bothers us” - a more traditional company
