A reminder that it is a *very* hot market for software engineers with a few years experience... and especially for senior and above engineers. This is not just for the UK, but most places from Brazil through US and EU to India. If you're on the fence: it's a great time to look. t.co/QZFc2h5C0m
And a reminder to all founders/hiring managers: the market has moved up unprecedented the past year: 20-30% increase at the top of the market, in the EU. If you're smart: you adjust compensation before your key people leave. I know startups giving 15-30% raises to most staff.
