The Income Tax Department enabled the filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR)-3 in online mode with pre-filled data for the Assessment Year 2023-24 on the income tax website.

For those who have income from a business or profession, such as individuals and Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs), the Income Tax Return form (ITR-3) is required. It is one of the forms offered by the income tax department for the filing of income tax returns.
