Q. How to change email-Id and Mobile number in GST portal when you don't have password? A. The legal owner is required to approach to their Jurisdictional Officer and submit an application with Affidavit on stamp paper stating about fact for change of User Id and Password.

The Jurisdictional officer after verification of fact will send e-mail to GSTN for generation of User Id And Password.
