In UNO Minda Ltd. vs. Joint Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, the Madras High Court set aside a show cause notice demanding differential GST due to the alleged misclassification of two-wheeler seats under the wrong classification (CTH 9401 instead of CTH 8714). 🚨📋
