Kerala High Court in Anaz Abdul Rahiman Kutty vs. State Tax Officer (29-Sep-23) has acknowledged the difficulties faced by small dealers during the initial GST regime period and considering the same set aside the order disallowing the input tax credits

and directed the petitioner to present relevant documents to support their claims before the respective State Tax Officers.
