As of 8th June 2025, more than 3,02,658 waiver applications have been filed successfully using Forms SPL-01 and SPL-02. However, many taxpayers are facing technical issues on the GST portal, which is hindering their ability to file the amnesty application. š§šæš®š±š² šš¼š±š¶š²š š„š®š¶šš² šš¼š»š°š²šæš»š: In view of the technical glitches and the fast-approaching deadline, various trade associations and professional bodies have requested that an alternate mechanism be provided to ensure that genuine taxpayers are not denied the benefit.
š„š²šš½š¼š»šš² š³šæš¼šŗ ššššµš¼šæš¶šš¶š²š: GSTN has advised such taxpayers to follow an alternative filing process outlined in the official guidelines. The step-by-step instructions are available in a downloadable PDF format on the GST tutorial section of the portal.

If problems still persist, taxpayers are advised to immediately lodge a grievance through the GST Self-Service Portal to ensure timely redressal. #GSTUpdate #AmnestyScheme #Section128A #LateFeeWaiver
