Earlier, the exemption was available only up to 𝟯𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. Now, this timeline has been extended up to 𝟯𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. [img:_FG9aoihS]

🔎 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻? ✅ Importers of raw cotton will continue to enjoy duty-free benefits for 3 more months. ✅ Textile manufacturers will get cost relief in sourcing cotton, thereby supporting production.

✅ The extension reflects the government’s focus on stabilizing input costs and ensuring steady supply in the domestic market. ✅ Farmers and industry stakeholders indirectly benefit through sustained demand and smoother supply chains.
