As you all are aware, the GST Council has recommended the relaxation of Section 16(4) for the initial years of GST implementation. Amendment to the same is expected through the Budget. But in a few cases, the time period to reply to notice is about to expire. I am sharing a draft letter template for this issue. This draft can also be used for previous years' cases where the appeal is pending.
