GSTN issues Advisory on Procedures and Provisions Related to GST Appeal Amnesty Scheme The Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN) issued an advisory on the procedures and provisions related to the GST appeal amnesty scheme on 10th November 2023.

The Central government no. 53/2023– CENTRAL TAX S.O. 4767(E) issued on 2nd November 2023 has notified the Amnesty Scheme for condoning delay in filing appeals. The appeal shall be filed before 31st January 2024.
