GST evasion notice: Revenue dept to move SC against Karnataka HC relief to Gameskraft

The department has also alleged that Gameskraft has escaped GST payment to the tune of Rs 21,000 crore for the period between 2017 and June 30, 2022. But interestingly the definition of "betting and gambling" under GST is still unclear.
