The Additional Commissioner for CGST Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra has issued a GST demand order of Rs 258.78 crore to Godrej Landmark Redevelopers Pvt Ltd (GLRPL), now Godrej Projects Development Ltd (GPDL), a subsidiary of listed real estate firm Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL).

The demand order is for alleged non-payment of GST in relation to one of the projects developed by GLRPL, GPL said in the regulatory filing on October 19
