𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 This circular simplifies compliance, fostering smoother trade operations. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 CBIC’s Circular No. 14/2025, issued on 21 April 2025, replaces "Certificate of Origin" with "Proof of Origin" in CAROTAR, 2020, streamlining trade verification processes.
