🤔 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆? 📜🔨 This happened in Tamil Nadu where both notice and Demand Order was issued on the same day. ⚖️ When challenged before High Court, Department raised the issue of Alternative Remedy (First Appeal).

Madras High court held that where impugned order violated natural justice by lacking necessary details and being issued on same day as notice, impugned order was to be quashed, even though alternative remedies existed.
