š¹ šš²š“š®š¹ šš®šš¶š: š§šµš¶š š®šŗš²š»š±šŗš²š»š š¶š š¶šššš²š± šš»š±š²šæ: Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) Section 3 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) Act, 2017 (13 of 2017) Implemented in the public interest to streamline tax administration and jurisdictional assignments.
š¹ šš²š ššŗš²š»š±šŗš²š»šš: The following modifications have been made to Notification No. 02/2017-Central Tax (19th June 2017): š š„š²šš¶šš²š± šš¦š§ šššæš¶šš±š¶š°šš¶š¼š»š: ā šš¹šš®šæ (š¦. š”š¼. š³) ā Now covers Alwar, Khairthal-Tijara, Kotputli-Behror, Bharatpur, Deeg, Dholpur, Dausa, Karauli, Sawaimadhopur, Sikar, and Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan.
ā ššµš²š»š»š®š¶ š¢ššš²šæ (š¦. š”š¼. š®šÆ) ā Now includes Viluppuram, Kallakurichi, Thiruvannamalai, Vellore, Tirupathur, Ranipet, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, and Pallavaram Cantonment Board (excluding Chennai Corporation Zone Nos. I to XV and St. Thomas Mount Cantonment Board) in Tamil Nadu. ā šš®š¶š½ššæ (š¦. š”š¼. š°šµ) ā Now includes Jaipur, Ajmer, Beawer, and Tonk in Rajasthan.
ā šš¼š±šµš½ššæ (š¦. š”š¼. š±šÆ) ā Now includes Jodhpur, Phalodi, Nagaur, Didwana-Kuchaman, Pali, Sirohi, Jalore, Barmer, Balotra, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Churu, Ganganagar, and Hanumangarh in Rajasthan. ā š š®š±ššæš®š¶ (š¦. š”š¼. š²šÆ) ā Now includes Madurai, Ramanathapuram, Sivagangai, Virudhunagar, Tuticorin, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Kanyakumari, Theni, and parts of Dindigul in Tamil Nadu.
ā š§š¶šæšš°šµš¶šæš®š½š®š¹š¹š¶ (š¦. š”š¼. šš¬š¬) ā Now includes Tiruchirappalli, Perambalur, Ariyalur, Karur, Pudukottai, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Mayiladuthurai, Cuddalore, and a specific area in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. ā šØš±š®š¶š½ššæ (š¦. š”š¼. šš¬š®) ā Now includes Udaipur, Salumbar, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh, Dungarpur, Banswara, Bundi, Baran, Kota, and Jhalawar in Rajasthan.
