You are not The Rock. You cannot get away with eating 18 pancakes. Your weekend cheat days will easily erase the calorie deficit you had from Monday to Friday. Don't do it.

If your body doesn't get enough protein from food, it will get it from your muscles. Muscle loss = bad. Make sure you're eating plenty of protein (1.6g per KG per day +)

If you want to burn more calories with out ANY extra effort.... Eat more protein. 20-30% of calories from protein get used in the digestion process vs, 0-3% for fat and 5-10% for carbs.
