4. Smart contracts:

Blockchain technology can be used to create self-executing contracts that automatically enforce the terms of an agreement.

5. Decentralized finance: (DeFi)

Blockchain technology enables the creation of decentralized financial systems, such as lending and borrowing platforms, that operate without the need for a central authority.

6. Gaming and virtual worlds:

Blockchain technology can be used to create virtual worlds and gaming platforms that are decentralized and owned by their users.

7. Internet of Things: (IoT)

Blockchain technology can be used to create secure and decentralized networks of connected devices, such as smart homes and self-driving cars.

8. Predictive markets:

Blockchain technology can be used to create decentralized markets where users can buy and sell predictions about future events.

9. Cybersecurity:

Blockchain technology can be used to create secure and decentralized networks that are resistant to hacking and cyber-attacks.

10. Content monetization:

Blockchain technology can be used to create decentralized platforms for content creators to monetize their work through micropayments and tokenization.

Manage your time right, and the rest of your life can be a breeze. 

While others are out destroying their wallets and brains, build yourself. Still, have fun, but be balanced.
