The copy writes itself. “Enjoy this courtesy of your neighbors at Example, Inc.! Coding over coffee? Would love to chat about your interests; we’re hiring XYZ. bob@example.com or Signal/WhatsApp/…”

It would also be a good opportunity for “solve this tech screen and we’ll buy you another cup.” (Which could be calibrated to be a meaningful screen or could just be a funnel builder.)

“Nobody codes for coffee.” I mean a *lot* of people code for coffee, and you’re competing with them doing Reddit or Insta on their laptop not with a consulting engagement.
