It’s incredible how much your life can change in a single year.

Progress is hard to see day-to-day—but zoom out and its crystal clear. Your daily actions create your future. Small things become big things.

One year ago, I had no vision for the future. It wasn’t clear to me what I was doing, building, or moving towards. Today, it’s clear. There was no single action that created that change—just a million tiny decisions.

If you’re feeling stuck: Forget the 5 year plan. Just take one single step in the right direction. Then another one. And again. And again. Progress is contagious. Winning spreads.

The hardest part of an ice bath isn’t sitting in it for 5 minutes. It’s simply getting in. Once you’re in it, it gets much easier. The initial movement is always the hardest. So don’t worry about it being perfect—just start moving.

Just some Sunday evening musings while I sit here with my son sleeping on my chest. He wasn’t even conceived one year ago—now he’s my entire world. How much a life can change in a single year… Hug your loved ones tight. Goodnight everyone. t.co/LFMSFjcvta
